The project starts from the idea of building five volumes of two semi-detached houses each plus a sixth volume for an isolated house.
The project starts from the idea of building five volumes of two semi-detached houses each plus a sixth volume for an isolated house. Each volume is conceived as a solid solid to which different voids are practiced to generate the semi-exterior spaces of the house such as the entrance and living porches in the case of the ground floor or the semi-enclosed patios in the case of the first floor . The arrangement of the houses in height, forming two courses located one higher than the other, as well as the inclination of the facades in plan, allows all the houses to have unobstructed views of the landscape. The facades are solved with only two materials, facing brick for the exterior skin and IPE wood slats, for the castings. Despite being different materials, they maintain the same longitudinal modulation between the sores of the face and the joints of the IPE. The unevenness in the land allows the basements to also have large windows, thus allowing living areas with access to the pool.
