The starting point of our projects is the understanding of the client's needs from which the design process begins based on the following principles: Quality, Efficiency and Well-being, Functionality, Sustainability, Design and Integration in the environment.
Quality: Our work processes are governed by compliance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001-2015 (Quality Management System), UNE-EN ISO 14001-2015 (Environmental Management System), UNE-EN ISO 14006-2011 ( Environmental Management System in design and development of Ecodesign) and EFITECNIC / 2009 model (Quality Assurance and Efficiency in the Management of Technical Offices).
Efficiency: Part of Gaudí's statement “The architect of the future will be based on the imitation of nature because it is the most rational, durable and economical of all methods”. Our methodology is inspired by nature, in a creative, functional and efficient design that is integrated into the environment in all possible aspects.
Wellness: The spaces that we design both in buildings and in urban planning must ensure the highest levels of comfort, health and well-being for users. To achieve these levels we rely on our experience and on standards and certification systems (Passivhaus, BREEAM, Ecological Urbanism) that allow to objectify them and measure their compliance.
