Esteban Pardo

Architect by the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Barcelona of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (2004). Erasmus Program Final Degree Project at the Tekische Universität de Berlin. Experience in architecture firms in Bremen, Berlin and Barcelona. Co-founder of Play Arquitectura (2006) for the development of urban planning and building projects, he has been a delegate and member of the Board of the Passivhaus Building Platform (PEP 2011-2014). He has been a Passivhaus Designer since 2013 and a Passivhaus Certifier since 2017, he has been trained in Municipal Energy Management, Designbuilder and Energyplus, URSOS Planning Program, Agile Project Management and Revit. He has participated in the first public buildings certified with the Passivhaus standard in Spain both for the State and for other public administrations, as well as in the private sector in residential, sports and administrative projects. He has given seminars and conferences in Frankfort, Vienna, Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Seville, Pamplona, Gijón, Santander, Logroño and Huesca.

David ortega

Technical Architect from the Technical School of Technical Architecture of Burgos of the Higher Polytechnic University School of Burgos and Building Engineer from the Camilo José Cela University of Madrid. Since 2002 with experience in project development and work management for singular, residential, commercial and industrial buildings, urbanization projects, interior renovation and decoration. Specialist in technical and expert reports. Technical advisor of local administration and collaborator in the development of urban planning of partial and general scope. Structural calculation specialist with training in Cype Structures. Training and specialty in energy evaluation and passive construction is Passivhaus Tradesperson since 2015 with participation in the first public buildings certified with the Passivhaus standard in Spain both for the State and for other public administrations.

Industrial Engineer, Passivhaus Designer

Beatriz Arambarri

Industrial Engineer from the Higher Polytechnic Center of the University of Zaragoza. Training in Passivhaus Designer, Cypecad Mep, Calener GT, Calener VyP and HULC. Experience in the development of Electrical Installations and Air Conditioning Projects for Singular Buildings and Houses and Projects and Environmental Licenses for Industrial Buildings and Warehouses. He has carried out Work Directions for Wind Parks and Treatment Plants and participated in the construction as Site Manager of the Fuenlabrada Civic Commercial Center (Madrid) and the Andújar Regional Hospital (Jaén). He has intervened in the first public buildings of an administrative type certified with the Passivhaus standard in Spain for the Public Administration, as well as for the private sector in residential and sports projects.

David Herrero

Technical Architect from the Technical School of Technical Architecture of Burgos of the Higher Polytechnic University School of Burgos (2003) and Building Engineer from the Camilo José Cela University of Madrid. Experience in architecture firms in Logroño. Co-founder of an architecture office currently inactive, Darpe Arquitectura (2007) for the development of building projects. He has been a Passivhaus Tradesperson since 2015. He has participated in the first public buildings certified with the Passivhaus standard in Spain both for the State and for other public administrations.
