Partial Plan
Change of use of the building area resulting from the aforementioned use from residential to commercial, without changing the overall calculation of the use of the Partial Plan for the Fardachón sector.
The purpose of this Specific Modification of the General Municipal Plan of Logroño is to redistribute part of the use of block 9 (plot 9.2.) Classified as residential to block 20 (plot 20.1.) Classified as commercial, as well as the change of use of the buildable area resulting from the aforementioned use from residential to commercial, without changing the overall calculation of the use of the Partial Plan for the Fardachón sector.
As a consequence of the redistribution of use, 448.85m²t is segregated from plot 9.2. and they move to plot 20.1. These 448.85 m²t coincide with the residential use of the minority owner (25.7266%) of parcel 9.2. The exterior alignments or heights of the buildings are not altered, nor the surface of the private free use of the plot 9.2. nor the number of dwellings in the aforementioned plot.
The modification described is specified in the planning plans assigning the new resulting buildable area to each of the parcels affected by the modification (parcels 9.2 and 20.1.). Likewise, and for a better understanding, the houses corresponding to plot 9.2 are assigned. (according to the Compensation Project) without altering the number of homes in the block or the Partial Plan.
