The international fashion footwear brand Victory officially inaugurated last November 2019, a new headquarters and logistics warehouse with a constructed area of 8,852 m2.
This brand characterized by the manufacture of footwear with natural materials, such as organic cotton and rubber, with proximity production opted for the © standard for its new 1,852 m2 offices.
The office building is completely oriented to the South, requiring intense strategies of solar protection and night cooling in summer to reduce overheating.
The entire main façade is equipped with a solar protection system using adjustable slats and the patios have awnings on top of it.
Motorized windows have been arranged in all the modules of the office building to allow cross or convective night ventilation that allows passive cooling of the building. Good orientation and strategies for sun protection and night ventilation allow to achieve moderate values of demand for heating and cooling below 6 kWh / m2a.
