The proposal of the City of Basketball in Logroño is commissioned by the Búho Blanco Foundation and consists of projecting a building to house three regulation basketball courts, 8 changing rooms for teams and 2 for referees, 5 classrooms and 2 training workshops and common services , with a total constructed area of 4,200 m2.

Created in 2018, the White Owl Foundation (FBB) with private capital 100%, was born with the purpose of promoting the training, educational, integrative and supportive aspect of grassroots and quarry sports, especially basketball, as well as other sports.
One of the main purposes of the FBB is to become a leadership school for children and young people, where they can develop their concerns and where they can be helped to acquire the culture of effort that our society is so in need of.
The building for the City of Basketball aims to collect the values it represents by integrating sports spaces with training spaces, with an efficient and sustainable design.
