On October 25, Esteban Pardo on behalf of Play Arquitectura participated in the Construtec forum of the ePower & Building fair held at the Ifema fairgrounds in Madrid. This fair in turn brings together the Construtec, Veteco, Matelec, Urbeco and BimExpo fairs, becoming one of the main construction events nationwide.

In ePower & Building, Buildings with Nearly Zero Energy Consumption occupied a predominant role, especially in relation to the Passive House standard. Play Arquitectura gave a presentation related to non-residential buildings under the Passive House Standard, developing all the questions related to their design and construction process.
