The image of the Library of Villamediana de Iregua has been chosen as the cover of the book «Passive House in different climates, a path to net zero»Written by North Americans Mary James editor of Low Carbon Productions and James Bill architect and president of ZIA (Zero Impact Architecture).
In this book a total of 17 examples of buildings built under the Passive house standard in different climatic zones are collected, showing that this standard is adapted to all climates on earth. Among the selected buildings is the Municipal Library of Villamediana de Iregua as the first public building built in Spain under the Passivhaus standard.
This book is already on sale in digital format and it is expected that it will be put on sale in paper format next June.
