The project consists of a promotion of 6 isolated single-family homes on 450 m2 plots with a total constructed area of close to 200 m2 per home.
The 6A single-family homes in Lardero arise from a proposal from the developer who is very clear about the product that the user of single-family homes in the city of Logroño is demanding. The project consists of a promotion of 6 isolated single-family homes on 450 m2 plots with a total constructed area of close to 200 m2 per home.
The distribution of the house is resolved on two floors, placing the day program consisting of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom and a study on the ground floor and the night program consisting of two bathrooms and three bedrooms on the first floor. Most of the stays have been oriented to the Southeast in order to achieve the highest solar gains and link the program of use with the solar biorhythms. Both the ground floor and the first floor have porches and terraces for greater integration between the interior and exterior space.
The parking lot and the storage room are resolved in a pergolado space located at the beginning of the plot following a similar scheme to the Usonian houses. The homes have been designed to meet the Type A energy certificate and can be easily adapted to meet the Passivhaus standard.
