The purpose of the Partial Plan of the Residential Sector 11 of Lardero is to establish an arrangement for a low-density residential sector with an area of 107,484.92 m2 for a total of about 190 single-family homes.
This development is located to the south of the urbanization of Las Hacedas, which is also used as a single-family home.
The development criteria of this partial plan are the ecosystem foundations of ecological urbanism in which sustainable transport will be promoted, the dominance of public space for pedestrian use, the care of the water cycle and the promotion of sustainable building.
On the other hand, a reserve of land for facilities is foreseen, preferably before Avda. Madrid so that the uses can be shared with the urban nucleus of Lardero.
