On November 26 and 27, the 7th Passivhaus Spanish Conference was held in Barcelona on the Pompeu Fabra University Campus next to the Parc de la Ciutadella. Esteban Pardo, representing Play Arquitectura, participated as a guest speaker at the round table in Block 2 regarding Tertiary Buildings. The round table revolved around the challenges of tertiary buildings under the Passivhaus standard, concluding the need for the public administration to be clearly involved in the field of NZEBs so that in the near future the Passivhaus standard can be "standardized" as it happened recently in Brussels.

On the other hand, other aspects of great interest were also discussed, such as the need for the Passivhaus standard to be present in educational buildings due to its pedagogical work for the new generations, or the importance of the Passivhaus standard in administrative buildings in relation to the increase in productivity of workers in healthy indoor environments or industrial buildings in relation to the competitiveness of production due to its high energy efficiency.
