On November 4, the tender for the comprehensive reform of the building on Calle Doctores Castroviejo 9, in Logroño, La Rioja, was published on the State contracting platform.

This project promoted by the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations includes the comprehensive reform of the old headquarters of the National Police to turn it into an administrative building for different ministerial delegations, being financed through savings on the rents of the premises where they are currently located. In its design, criteria of sustainability, comfort, high quality of the interior environments and energy efficiency have been taken into account, being the first work in the State that will comply with the Passivhaus standard and the BREEAM environmental certificate with an excellent rating.
