Esteban Pardo on behalf of Play Arquitectura will offer the presentation "The Passivhaus standard in Public Building" in which the advantages of the Passivhaus standard for public Administration will be developed, describing the practical case of the Municipal Library of Villamediana de Iregua as the first public building in construction and in the certification phase in Spain.

At the same time, more specific technical aspects of the Passivhaus standard in non-residential building will also be addressed, such as occupation, use pattern, ventilation, specific capacity and primary energy, including references for the execution of the work.
